So my employer who's in Australia had purchased the Adobe Cloud today, feb 9 '13. gave me the log in info.

I'm in the Philippines, I'm able to login.

Now, downloading from the site, it instructs me to download the ADM first, failed, wont download at all, I had to find the direct link to it.

ADM's not installed, logged in, I can now see the products, great. clicked "Install", and starts "Downloading.."  after

30mins, still "Downloading.." 0%,

2 hours, still "Downloading.." 0%,
4 hours still "Downloading.." 0%

5 hours, still "Downloading.." 3%

5 and a half hour later, ADM stops and cancels the download.

restart ADM, "Downloading.." 0%

oh by the way, im using a day old laptop with

proc i7

mem 8gb ram

hdd 1tb

connection is dsl about 2mbps

help please.

I got it to work.

I downloaded the Trial Version, and upon install, you have options to install serial, trial and use subscription. which works with cloud.

i hope this helps you out thread starter.... wait, that's me.!

restart after ADM crashed

disabled my Bitdefender SV (Free)

Creative Cloud users will typically want to install through the Adobe Application Manager.  You can find more details at http://forums.adobe.com/message/4396277#4396277?tstart=0.

Your solution will work as well for the software which has a perpetual version available.  Some software titles such as Photoshop Lightroom though can only be properly licensed if downloaded and installed through the Adobe Application Manager.
