Download wont work :(

Hi I just purchased creative suite 6 design and web and have a serial number but i cant get the download to work. I have tried 3 TIMES. The first said that I didnt have the right program to open the .z7 files so thought there was an error in the download and did it again to get the same response. Then I downloaded a progarm called bitzipper which said it would which half worked as i could see that yes i did download it but bitzipper said there was nothing to extract. Given how long the download takes I dont particularly want to keep doing it over and over. I looked on here to see that a program called Alkami or something (sorry lost the page i was on) was suppose to open first and then the download was to begin but this does not happen. Your help is greatly appreciated as I am very frustrated.
