downloaded and it doesn't open up I don't need a fancy computereze tip I want something easy to use

I downloaded and it won't open I'm not very good w/ the computer and I spent Good $ to buy this and I want a Good product which is easy to use I think I got shafted by this one

    Sorry, but this is pointless. You're not even telling us what product you are referring to. And like it or not, we need info about your computer to help you and what exactly you are doing, what warnings/ error messages and so on you get... Yes, we need "Computereze" even if it may be as strange as Klingon(ese), Romulan or Vulcan...
