downloaded but doesn't work

I downloaded everything and registered them (2) for photoshop elements but it doesn't work and I don't have a shortcut-how do I make this work or how do i know that it downloaded correctly?

    what files (names and extensions) did you download and what are their file sizes?

    did you install photoshop elements?
