I have searched everywhere for a solution with no luck.

I tried signing out/in

I tried uninstalling/reinstalling

I tried Solutions to sign-in, activation, and connection errors with Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications This page and follow the steps to only find my computer passes all of them and didn't provide a solution

Nothing seems to let me just install them with my subscription.

No luck.

I was not able to follow:

Solution 2: Reset the hosts file

Creative Cloud applications unexpectedly revert to trial mode | CCM, CS6

It's a brand new computer that im trying to get my Adobe CC products to work on. I'm not sure if that might have to do with not being able to locate the host files to rest them (New Windows 10).

When I run  %systemroot% \system32\drivers\etc as it suggests, it just takes me to my " OS (C:) > Windows " folder and there is nothing about host files.

Is there a possible way to deactivate my subscription and re subscribe on the new computer without much hassle?

Please go to the location C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and look for hosts file and then delete the adobe entries if present.
