Downloaded Photoshop Elements 14 onto my Mac. Redemption code????

I have an activation key; but Adobe is asking for a redemption code. Where do I get that??

I bought Elements 14 from Amazon in the retail box. Arrived today. No activation key, no redemption code, no nothing. What am I missing?
