Downloaded Windows Adobe Premiere instead of MAC

Hi,

I just bought Adobe Premiere Elements 13 yesterday and mistakenly downloaded the windows version instead of the mac one.  Is there any way I can exchange the product.  I paid $70 for the wrong version which I cannot even use.  Please contact me.

    you're need to contact adobe support unless you have a serial number the mac version,
