I purchased photoshop elements 11 & adobe premier elements 11 in a high street store. Adobe.com appears to only allow the downloading of software purchased in the online store. Tips please on how I can download my purchase which has been registered successfully.

and activate with your serial number.
if you have a dl problem, you didn't follow all 7 steps. typically, failure to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 is the problem.
