I have tried several times to download from the store several times the Adobe Photoshop Elements 12. Why does it take 12 hrs. what do i not have or need to make this fast. I am running Windows 8

    From which store are you trying to download Photoshop Elements 12.

    Please try downloading it from : http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop_elements&loc=us

    The download speed is dependent on the speed of the internet. If it's a high speed broadband connection then the download should not take more than a few minutes.
