Hi,

I just purchased the adobe creative cloud and have been trying to download photoshop and lightroom but apparently before downloading any software it asks for my account password and doesn't approve when I write it there. It doesn't say what goes wrong, so I'm confused. I have tried changing the password but it still wont work. The apple touch ID is not available in this situation for some reason.

When you are installing or updating on a Mac, that is your Mac asking you to prove that you have permission by asking for your COMPUTER password, not your Adobe password
