Hi I have been supplied a link to download Adobe Premier Elements 11, download is complete but I do not know what the next step is? Thanks David

    If Mac: you have a single .dmg file, double click the file and follow the prompts.

    If Windows: you have 2 files (.7z and .exe). Download both files to the same folder on your hard drive, double click the .exe file and follow the prompts.

    All good so far now have an icon on desk top so will open and hopefully be able to start using.
