Downloading adobe photoshop elements 12 & adobe premiere elements 12

In attempting to load the above, a message appears  "Error extracting the product installer (Error 101).  Check for available disk space on your system and try downloading the product again.  This is a new computer (windows 😎 and there is plenty of space on it.

    We can't know. You have not provided exact system info, most notably about the alleged disk issue. This could simply be a permissions problem with your temp folders or whatever.
