I bought Adobe a few months back and have only been using one app but am now trying to use other applications and I keep being told I need to buy them, but I originally bought a package.

Hi Stephanie,

I see you have an Adobe account under the same Adobe ID as with forums, however, I'm unable to locate any subscription under this ID.

Since you are being asked to purchase the subscription that you already have, please make sure you are signed in with te correct Adobe ID: Sign in and sign out to activate or deactivate Creative Cloud apps

If the trial error continues: Stop Creative Cloud from reverting to trial mode

If the issue remains, please share your Adobe ID under which you have the subscription, in a private message.

Let us know if this helps.

Feel free to update the thread.

Regards
