Downloading and installing Creative Cloud on Mac OS 10.14.6 on an iMac 2012

Question

Hi all,

I have tried to install Creative Cloud a number of times, but it doesn't go beyond a small percentage during installation. One time, it went up to 7%, another time 11%, and another time 14%. Then, it's stalling and staying there for ever. What can I do to finish the install?

Try installing using the standalone installer

You could even use the Creative Cloud Cleaner to start with a clean slate
