Downloading and installing version 15.1.3 to collaborate with client

Hi there, we are currently working on a project that requires our designers to download and install InDesign version 15.1.3 (2020) so that their files are compatible with our client's InDesign version. However, when they try to install previous versions of InDesign through the Creative Cloud app, the oldest version available is 16.4, which is 2021. What can we do in this case?

Only the latest two versions of the Creative Cloud apps are supported and available for download, and that would be CC2022 and CC2021. Now the only option left to try would be to contact support and see if they can provide a download link to the version you need.

To contact support, login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.

A tip @Marie22580217 be gentle while asking for the installer. Since it's an out of support version we are already walking on thin ice so a gentle approach would be best one. Good luck
