Downloading apps in creative cloud

I cannot download photoshop (or any apps) in the creative cloud, as it says I do not have enough disk space, but I have over 280 gigabytes free and have chosen a folder on that same drive, I hit retry multiple times, but it says the same thing, I have even restarted my pc, someone please help thankyou.

Make sure there is at least 30GB free on the C drive. Also, once Photoshop is installed IMMEDIATELY change the location of the scratch drive (the 30GB you've freed wouldn't be enough for that). You can install the apps to another drive but there is MUCH more to it than that.

Also note that running an SSD nearly full does TERRIBLE things to performance, which can sometimes only be recovered by a low level erase of the disk. The damage is done.
