Downloading both parts of CS5 . How?

I am attempting to download CS5, for windows.  The download comes in 2 parts.  I have downloaded the first part but the second part won't download because it says something is missing.  Help, please.

    download both the exe and 7z files completely, put both in the same directory and then double click the exe.

    if you think you've done that, attach a screenshot showing both files (names, extensions and size) on your hard drive.
