Downloading Creative Cloud

Hey wondering if anyone has any solution.

I'm a first-year college student, in the film program, and I recently purchased the student package for creative cloud, where I receive all programs for my mac. however creative cloud will not download, I've tried every possible way. therefore, I haven't even got to use any of the programs. I was looking for a full refund however now Adobe will be charging me an additional $45.00 for canceling my plan. I've wasted more money than I ever thought I would. being a student, wasting more money than I would've liked to.
