downloading creative cloud

hi. just got a subscription to creative cloud for mac os catalina. following the link from the adobe email the download starts and stops at 21.5%. any advise?

    Hi,

     

    Uninstall all Acrobat products that you have

     

    Then update your OS if you haven't done so

     

    And then run the Adobe Cleanup and Repair tool, then run the Adobe Creative Cloud repair tool.

     

    Download and install the offline full installers for your Adobe CC.

     

    To reinstall you  may have to go online and login with your user account to download the products that you are subscribed to.
