Downloading Creative Cloud to new MAC without creating new User

Having trouble transferring Creative Cloud to new MAC. I am the only User/computer on the account. It givee me the Error 1 code, which requires you to create a new User on the account. It doesn't make sense that I need to create and login to a separate User on my computer to use Creative Suite. I simply want to transfer my one User to the new MAC.  How can I do that?

Finally got this resolved with a phone call to Adobe. There was a different area to download the vesrion for M1 chip. But even after that, they needed to work remotely to resolve other issues tro get software installed.

You don't transfer, you do a fresh install after you sign OUT on your old computer

When you have a subscription
-sign in to your account with your ID and password
-Cloud Manager to install all programs https://www.adobe.com/ie/creativecloud/desktop-app.html

Thank you for your help, unfortunately that didn't work.

I SIGNED OUT of Creative Cloud on the old MAC and still receiving the Error 1 message when trying to install Creative Cloud on the new MAC. Error 1 message only gives me the option to add a new User.
