Before downloading, I have to choose something. (Kies een toepassing). What does I have to choose?

Correct answer Jeffrey_A_Wright

This error is due to the AAM plugin not being installed or active in the browser.  Please quit whichever web browser you using and then reopen and go back to https://creative.adobe.com/.   This should then allow the plug-in to be active.

The plug-in you are looking for is the AdobeAAMDetect plug-in.

What is the exact error message? What do you do exactly? What system?

Mylenium,

When I try to download Creative Cloud I get the next image which means that the link has to be opened with the AdobeApplicationManager(URIHandler). I tried PDapp.exe and firefox.exe and neither of them works. I simply don't know what to choose and I doubt whether it is on my computer. My system is a Packardbell desktop computer with Windows 7.

Kind regards, Gemma
