Downloading Encore 2.0

I am another person who waited on the phone to get the online downline programs for my CS2 video suite. However, with a lot more time downloading and installing realize that I don't have any access to the Encore 2.0 program. I see from other discussions that this is not unique, please advise me on how to get Encore back on my computer. Thank you, My case number is 0212116189

i don't think the situation has changed in the past year: encore cs2 is still unsupported, http://forums.adobe.com/message/5549971

I thought, from reading the discussions, that people were getting an answer directly from Adobe support as to how to download it. Since I had to jump through hoops to get them to release the online download, fingers are/were crossed that there is some link out there in the archives of Adobeland.
