Downloading failed

Hi,

I've purchased Adobe Photoshop Extended CS6 Student and Teacher edition through the online store for Asia Pacific. I was downloading it using Orbit, but halfway it stopped. I wanted to redownload using the original link given, but now it's giving me an error of "too many download attempts".

I have tried emailing the customer service @digitalriver.com but they said they dont handle Education version. I tried calling Indonesia customer service number, but the call can't go through.

Dunno where else to go All I need is a link to download the software. Please help!!!

    Helen you can download a copy of the Photoshop CS6 Extended installation files at http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/cs6-product-downloads.html.  Please be aware that both Photoshop CS6 and Photoshop CS6 Extended use the same installation files.
