Downloading issues

I downloaded the Creative Suite trial and at 99% download that took seemingly forever, I got the error 101 message. I then Signed-in Adobe and restarted the download. I also tried to directly download After Effects and after downloading both parts I got a message that said it is unable the extract files because it can only be downloaded on a 64 bit system. Please help before I throw my computer out the window...

I got a message that said it is unable the extract files because it can only be downloaded on a 64 bit system.

It means what it says - all video apps require a supported 64bit operating system. the rest is too vague to make sense of it, since you did not provide any detailed system info.

Sorry, I'm a bit computer illiterate. I've got a Toshiba Satellite A215 with AMD Turion(tm) 64X2 Mobile Technology TL-60, 2GB Ram, 32 bit operating system. Can I upgrade my operating system? If so, how? If not, is there a version I can download? I'm currently re-downloading the Master Collection after logging on to Adobe. Do you think it'll work? Last time I tried downloading I got the Error message 101 that said something along the lines that I didn't have enough space open but I have 137GB of 231 available.. hope this info helps..
