Downloading Lightroom/ Installation Failed

I just recently bought Lightroom and as I'm trying to download it from my Adobde Creative Cloud, all it's doing is going to 1% then saying "installation failed". I haven't seen this issue online with anyone else so it might be a me issue on my end but wanted to see if anyone had any ideas.
