Downloading my purchased products

Over the years I've purchased several versions of Creative Suite, the last being 5.5 in 2013.
All versions are visible in my products from my account.

I recently needed to replace my laptop, but the first one had a fault so I de-installed CS5.5 and now want to re-install it on the replacement.

CS5.5 is in my list of products but downloading it is no longer an option.

Earlier versions are still available to download but no use to me.

What is the solution?
