downloading not working

I ordered an update for my creative suite and they emailed me a few days ago saying it went through and I can install it now. But when I go to my orders and hit download, it'll bring me to the download page and say "You have no downloads." I really need this program for class so I really need help getting the download to work.

May i know which adobe program are you trying to insall and on which Operating System?

You can look for the download link for you product on adobe.com and install it.

Well I am trying to download Creative Suite® 6 Design & Web Premium  to my Dell Windows 7 for class because I was told to buy and then update my 5.5 version to 6 onlline because it would be cheaper. I sent a case thing with the proof of me buying the 5.5 version and the sent me an email on Aug. 22nd that in 24 to 48 hours I should be allowed to download version 6. When I go to my orders, it'll have my order and a download button so then I click the download button like the instructions tell me and then it brings me to the download page and says "You have no downloads." Soo I don't know what to do.
