Downloading of Acrobat X pro after changing to a new pc

Hello!

Pls. inform abt. how to download my Acrobat X pro into my new computer,- when using the serial no. in an ordinary downloading situation this is not accepted.

The X pro is deleted in the old computer.

    Hi Jeff, thanks a lot for answer. The problem is solved, I finally found there is a separate address to be logged into for downloading after changing pc: Adobe Licensing.com.     Clearified this after talking to an Adobe staff member.  It is generally difficult to manoeuvre in the Adobe system, time demanding loops via chat pages and help/FAQ's.

    Arne Lindstol are you looking to download or install the software?  If you are installing the software exactly what error message are you receiving during the installation process?  Finally what operating system are you using?
