Downloading older versions of InDesign

I cant seemt to figure out how to download older versions of indesign.

When I click install I get a pop up box that tells me an older version will be installed but then it suddenly says that I have to upgrade my OS. I am on 10.12.6.

Is there no way of getting an older, compatible, version of indesign? There is no option on my creative cloud app to download an older one.
