Downloading photoshop 10 to my new computer

I have photoshop 10 downloaded to my old computer and I need to download to my new computer.  I tried to download and I received the following message:

The file archive part of adobe photoshop elements 10 is missing. You need all parts in the same folder to extract adobe photoshop elements 10. Please download all parts. 

What do I have to do to get this to work.  Thanks

    do you need the installation files?

    Yes, photoshop elements 10. I tried to do the download and I am getting this message:

    The file archive part of adobe photoshop elements 10 is missing. You need all parts in the same folder to extract adobe photoshop elements 10. Please download all parts.

    if you follow all 7 steps you can dl a trial here:  http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-10-direct-download-links-pse-premiere-pre.html

    and activate with your serial.

    if you have a problem dl'g, you didn't follow all 7 steps.  the most common error involves failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).

    if you're using windows os, you need both files from prodesigntools.com.  if you're using mac os, download the extras to the same directory you dl'd file 1.
