Every other app except photoshop will download on my account, how do I fix this?

    what's your os?

     

    if it's compatible (Photoshop system requirements (adobe.com))

     

    if so, why can't you install? 

     

    are you using the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud to install?
