Downloading Photoshop CC

When attempting to download Photoshop CC and Bridge in my creative cloud, it will download up to 49%, go through the extracting process, resume downloading and then give me a message that I must shut down bridge.exe to continue downloading. I have tried shutting down and restarting the computer and continue to get the same warning. What do I need to do to get the download?
