Downloading Photoshop - Safari says "Can't Open Specified Address"

I have just bought Photoshop. I clicked on the link to download I and it took me to a page with a question dropdown menu asking what my level of Photoshop was, beginner intermediate or expert. I clicked beginner and it loaded the next page which came up as a ''failed to open page' from Safari saying

"Safari can't open specified address"
and a paragraph of code under it.

In the billing column next to my order history. It says "We are still processing your order. It could take up to 24 hours. Please check back later".
However, I received that email with the download link saying thanks for the purchase (with no mention that the order was still being processed)
and, in my bank account it says the money has been taken out already.

Can anyone help me?

Install the creative cloud application first then install Photoshop from inside creative cloud.
