Downloading PhotoshopCC

Hi

-Moan first I have spent literally one hour attempting to speak to someone on the telephone -and eventually got cut off -not good.

I have paid for Photoshop CC - I go to the cloud page -press on the "P" download -all I get is Adobe application manager which tells me CS6 is up to date.

How do I get Photoshop CC and how do I know I have  Photoshop CC?
