Downloading Problems

I was in Bonaire, Netherland Antilles on vacation and decided to download Photoshop 10 to update my Photoshop 8.  Rather than receiving the program as a usable installation I received a series of files in a folder. All the text in the files were in Dutch. What do I do with this?  Can I somehow reinstall the program? My Adobe order file shows that I have downloaded the product.

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks

    Please see the directions listed here for steps on how to download your purchased Adobe product - http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1006208?tstart=0.  I am curious though as to where you previously downloaded the install files from?  Do you have a link?
