Downloading PS Elements 11?

Question

I am having trouble installing Photoshop Elements 11 from a download. I have tried to download several times using both methods of download, but keep getting the same error message. "A problem occured while extracting the archive. Please try downloading the Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 again." I have redownloaded several times to no avail. Please help!

Please try initiating a download using the steps listed at http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-11-direct-download-links-pse-premiere-pre.html. You will want to make sure and complete the Very Important Instructions section prior to scrolling down and clicking on the link.
