downloading PS elements stopped, when retrying through 'My recent orders' I get JRun servlet error 413 Header Length too large

PS Elements 13 aangeschaft. Download gestart maar is klaarblijkelijk gestopt: slechts een .dmg.part bestand achterlatend.

Bij 'Mijn recente bestellingen' gekozen voor downloaden en krijg JRun servlet error 413 Header Length too large.

Wat te doen?
