Hi I downloaded Adobe Digital Editions from my Public Library 2Go Site. I didn't remember activating the software when I downloaded it. I activated it within the software. One book downloaded sucessfully. I read the book and went back to to the Public Library Site and placed some books on hold. When I oen Adobe digital Editions via my desktop I get a message saying one or more of my downloads are available, do I wish to dowlaod? I answer OK and I get this error message.

Error getting license

Server communication problem: E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED

Please re-ask in the Adobe Digital Editions forum. Is it possible that the hold on the book you wanted expired?

Thanks Michael, it appears I may have jumped the gun, and moved on to something else before the download finished. I canceled the download and don't have a book on hold available yet, when I do we will find out if I still am not activated. As you can probably tell patience is not my strong suit. Thanks again, Vicki
