Downloading Reinstalling Photoshop Elements 12 for Mac

I am a registered user looking to reinstall Photoshop Elements for Mac on my new iMac. Purchase does not show up om my order history since older than 30 days.

I have found this page:

Download Photoshop Elements products | 13, 12, 11, 10

But when I click on Photoshop Elements 12 there is no Download Button for English. What do I need to do? I have valid Key #.

Thanks for your help, but when I try to download files 1, I get a message---The file archive part of Adobe Photoshop Element 12 is missing. etc etcte ctyec.

It won't download, and when I download file 2, it wont download Photoshop exe.

have enabled cookies...what am I doing wrong?
