Here is some valuable information about your Photoshop Subscription Edition (one-year) subscription:

  • Subscription start date: 05/15/2012

This is the last communication I have received, no serial number, or anything.  When I log on to MyOrders, a message says "We're sorry, the site area you've requested is unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. Please try again later."   This message has been there for over a week.

I want to be able to download, so i gat get on with it!

Can you help?

    I have now tried via creative cloud.  I am still getting the same message under 'my account'.  In desperation i have downloaded the trial version, and now it won't let me sign in!  It is telling me to please connect to the internet and retry!  Very strange, as i am fully connected to the internet.......
