Downloading version 11

I bought Adobe Premier Elements and Photoshop Elements version 11 on 4/1/2013, I was never able to download and gave up.  But I need this software now, how can I begin the process to download.  When I go to my account it lists the purchase, but there is no option to download.  Thanks.
