downloading XI to new computer

Have Adobe Professional XI on desktop and am moving everything to laptop.  How do I get XI on new laptop?  I purchased it through an upgrade to Adobe Professional X just about a year ago.

    Just download and install. You can have it on two machines.

    Thanks the download worked fine, but could not finish install as all the serial numbers on My Adobe site displayed as "invalid."
