Downloads -- Creative Cloud & Photoshop system requirements

Hey, maybe someone can help. I want to download PHotoshop and other adobe programss, but it shows that my PC need ( If you would like to install Photoshop, you must update your system. ). What dous that mean, what i need to do, because it can not be PC folt, it is bran new.

Your system is not compatible with modern Creative Cloud software.

Make sure your computer meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements. Most Creative Cloud apps work on:

Windows 11 (64-bit), Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2, 21H1;
MacOS 14 (Sonoma), 13 (Ventura), 12 (Monterey).

and install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

you wanna tell me, because of the storage i cant use photoshop? I just got my graphic tablet, there is no way that i need a difrent pc.
