I am trying to download Photoshop Elements 11 to replace one lost when my hard disk crashed. Download takes place but does not arrive in download folder. I have set Windows Defender to ignore the download folder and .7z files and .exe files. Still no joy. Any help appreciated.

If so then please use an alternate web browser to complete the download process. It is likely the current web browser security settings, add-ons, or extension are preventing the download of Photoshop Elements 11 from completing.
