DreamWeaver CS3 install problems in Win7 Pro

When I try to install DreamWeaver CS3 in a Win7 Pro desktop I get two error messages.

The first during the install: "AMT Subsystem Failure - The licensing subsystem has faied catastrophically. You must reinstall or call customer support."

But even after reinstalling, and obtaining an "installation finished successfully" report, I get another error message when I try to start Dreamweaver from the Start menu:  "Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 - The following panel layout is missing or could not be read: C:Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreavweaver CS3\Configuration\Workspace\Designer.xml. The application will not ahave a correct layout. Please load ne from Windows->Workspace Layout." But my computer has no file folder named  "Windows->Workspace Layout"

I have two questions: 1) is there a method of solving these install issues, and 2) how do I call customer support

26949091 please see Error: "The licensing subsystem has failed catastrophically." when you start a Creative Suite 3.x application - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/error-licensing-subsystem-failed-catastrophically.html for information on how to resolve the first difficulty you were facing.

For the second issue you may want to start with reviewing the installation logs to determine if there was a failure of the install process.  You can find information on how to locate and interpret the log files at Troubleshoot installation with install logs | CS3, CS4 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-installation-install-logs-cs3.html.

If you do not find any errors in the install log then you may want to post the error you are receiving to the Dreamweaver General forum at http://forums.adobe.com/community/dreamweaver/dreamweaver_general.
