Dreamweaver CS6 reactivation

Hi. I have been running Dreamweaver CS6 Windows EU English since I purchased it outright on 13th August 2012. I still have my original invoice.

On Tuesday of this week (20th June 2017) I purchased a subscription to Dreamweaver CC 2017. However on downloading this revision I discovered that the bindings window and other database functionality had been deprecated from Dreamweaver (I know - I should have checked). Since this feature is important to me I cancelled my subscription on the same day - 20th June 2017 -0 and received an acknowledgement of my cancellation.

However I now find I cannot open my old Dreamweaver CS6 because I no longer have a subscription.

Since my Dreamweaver CS6 was purchased outright (see above) I do not require a subscription.

How do I reactivate my original purchase please?

It's too bad you did now write your serial number on a piece of paper and keep it in a safe place

- page has links to programs to find an installed serial number in Mac or Windows

Thank you for your prompt response.

My problem now is that I don't have the serial number of my CS6 installation. I have been using Dreamweaver for many years now and each time it has been an upgrade. But it isn't listed in my registered products - this is perhaps bacuase I changed email address for my Adobe account or the product os too old to appear in the list.

I tried the "find your serial number" links and it puts me into a loop - redirecting me to this forum each time.

Is there a way I can speak to a human being in support (e.g. via chat) to get my serial number from my original order number?
