Dreamweaver MX 2004

Hi, I'm trying to re-install Dreamweaver MX 2004 onto a PC. The software is so old now that the online registration and telephone registration functionality is out of date (i.e. no contact is possible). Is it still possible to install this software and if so how do I go about it. (note the license key verifies correctly).
