Dreamweaver re-install

I am trying to re-install Dreamweaver CS5.  It goes through the process but never asks for my key.  The icon shows but that's as far as it goes.  Thanks for any help!

    Hi LuraMarieLong,

    Please let me know as to what OS are you using? Are you able to launch Dreamweaver and use it?

    After launching Dreamweaver go to 'Help' menu and check if  'Activate' or 'De-activate' is highlighted.

    I use Windows 7.  I am not able to launch it.

    When you run the setup to install Dreamweaver does the installation go through without any errors?
