Dreamweaver, unable to install to Win7, EX20

I cannot download any new apps to Creative Cloud.  They all have error "Unable to extract files....(EX20)".  I am trying to download free trial of Dreamweaver and cannot find where I can talk to an Adobe support person.  Can someone please help?!
