I just bought a new Macbook and migrated my old Macbook over via Time Machine backup. I updated my OS and the CC updated all my software. Now I'm showing that I have the 2019 versions of the programs AND the 2021 versions. Anyone know why that is? I assumed it would just update the old software.

Uninstall, use the Cleaner Tool and reinstall:

Time Machine doesn't work properly for transferring Adobe applications.

Even if it appears to work, you will likely have issues at a future date.
